Stratatel is led by an experienced group of executives, who work together as a results-orientated team.

James joined Stratatel in 2007. James is responsible for managing the finance and administration functions of the Stratatel Business Units. In particular, he is responsible for completing statutory accounts, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring positive cash flow, integrating acquisitions, and providing financial advice to the business.

James has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of CPAs with over 30 years of finance and accounting experience with various companies in Australia and the UK.

John joined Stratatel in 2006 and has successfully grown the TEM business through a network of national and international partners. John has been a key player in setting the strategic direction of the business unit, including securing all new major business deals.

John has a wealth of experience in asset and expense management gained from his years in the Leasing and Fleet Management industry. John also spent time with Caltex Oil managing their fuel card products Starcard and Starfleet.

Prior to joining Stratatel John founded eFleet, a provider of software solutions to the Vehicle Fleet Management sector.

Kate joined Stratatel in 2009 and heads up the team responsible for delivering the TEM revenue numbers and the retention of clients. The team includes sales, account management, marketing, finance and administration.

Kate plays a vital role in the account management of Stratatel’s strategic accounts. Prior to joining Stratatel Kate has had several years experience in business-to-business marketing roles.

Tony joined Stratatel in 2011 and manages Stratatel’s Operations Team. The Operations Team consists of Managed Services, Technical Support, Implementations, and Solutions Specialists focused on delivering the customer a great experience when working with Stratatel.

Prior to his employment with Stratatel, Tony had 20 years experience in services focused business, both large and small, delivering complex application projects successfully for solutions such as e-commerce, web content management systems, document management, collaboration, portals, knowledge management systems and e-business applications. Tony has a sharp focus on project management and delivery, with a keen interest in software development, and has achieved Australian Institute of Project Manager Certification as well as Certified Scrum Master certification.

Tammy is a highly valued member of Stratatel’s team having worked successfully in a variety of roles since commencing in 2001. Initially Tammy was employed as a Customer Service Representative responsible for managed services for large corporate and Government clients in WA before moving into an Accounts Administrator role in Finance whilst studying accountancy.

The strong commercial acumen that Tammy gained working in finance, coupled with her commitment to delivering high quality solutions to customers, ensured Tammy’s career growth from Client Manager, to Client Management Team Leader, and then Manager, Service Delivery and Licensing following the acquisition of several IBM Business Partners. Tammy’s ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients, her dedication, and her strategic approach resulted in her promotion to the role of Business Unit Manager, Services & Consulting.
